Team
Meet our Founder and CEO
Giselle Bonzi
Giselle is the founder of Now Playdate, a business entrepreneur, executive, investor, and mother of two young boys who understands firsthand how difficult it can be for families to manage the demands of modern life.
She is a co-owner of Washington Capital Partners (WCP), a real estate financing company headquartered in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The company and its leadership have received recognition from organizations and publications including the Financial Times, the Washington Business Journal, Inc. Magazine, and Profiles in Diversity Journal.
Before joining WCP, Giselle worked extensively in international portfolio management across the United States, Africa, and Latin America. Her career has required her to operate across industries, markets, organizational cultures, and stages of company development. This experience shaped her ability to identify structural problems, build scalable processes, evaluate opportunities, and translate strategy into execution.
Her academic and professional interests have consistently centered on the intersection of strategy, organizational performance, institutional development, and the ways systems can be redesigned to better serve the people who depend on them.
Giselle's international background and extensive personal and professional experience abroad continue to influence how she approaches leadership, community, and problem-solving.
Outside of work, she enjoys traveling around the world with her family and friends and exposing her two boys to different people, cultures, languages, and perspectives.
